Introduction

We are delighted to invite you to the 2nd Sheffield Clinical Pancreatology Forum.  Our unique, single morning meeting aims to cover both the daily challenges and the most up to date advances to improve care for patients with pancreatic disease.

We have carefully chosen a practical “What do I do with” or “How I do it” approach. Presentations and debates will be delivered by some of the leading UK and international specialists in Pancreatology who will all bring their invaluable insights. With this in mind the meeting is relevant to the whole multidisciplinary team working that is vital to pancreatology including Nurses, Dieticians, GI Medical trainees, surgical trainees and GI Consultants.

In 2018 we had over 100 delegates we firmly believe in the need for continued Pancreatology education and given the uncertainty of restrictions on gatherings extending into next year we bring you the meeting via a Live Free Webinar from Sheffield. There is no venue to go to for the meeting, you simply log in and sit in the comfort of your home, watch and we will encourage you to ask questions which the panel and speakers can answer for you live!

Therefore, please save the date, book study leave to not be disturbed during the meeting and share this link with anyone in your department who you think may be interested.

The Sheffield Pancreatology Symposium is entirely free with CPD and we are grateful to you for your continued support.

Best Wishes

Professor Andy Hopper
